201 Borough High Street is conveniently situated between London Bridge and Borough stations. Working with Stiff + Trevillion, we’ve created seven floors of flexible Work Space boasting sustainability features such as rainwater harvesting, solar panels and a green roof garden. Lots of natural light and soft tones make it a tranquil setting,
there’s also a gym for keeping active.  

Built on the site of one of Southwark’s 17th century jails and just a few minutes’ walk from the historic Borough Market, 201 Borough High Street’s colourful past has made way for
a more serene present. Full height windows wrap around the ground floor, meaning plentiful natural light can flood into the interior, filtering through the translucent curtains and glass desk dividers.
