Just a stone’s throw from Farringdon station, Kirby Street is a dynamic TOG Work Space with natural light, abundant outdoor space and a focus on eco-friendly design.  
Distinctive by design. This work space was refurbished in 2017 with Buckley Gray Yeoman, harnessing the lightwell that reaches the lower ground floor, and instantly accessible outdoor space, including an enviable green roof garden. 

A key part of Kirby Street’s structure is the lightwell that cuts through the centre of the space, reaching all the way to the lower ground floor to give abundant access to natural light. You’ll also find warm natural light streaming through the many terraces attached to private offices allowing direct access to the outdoors. 

Our sustainability ethos was at the forefront of the redesign of this Work Space, adding thermally efficient insulation and windows, while the roof garden was created to facilitate rainwater harvesting. Almost every floor at Kirby Street features outdoor space, with many directly linked to offices, meaning the entire Work Space has access to fresh air and ventilation. The roof garden offers amazing views over St Pauls Cathedral and the City, making it the ideal spot for alfresco lunch breaks, rooftop yoga and casual catchups. 

Kirby Street is home to a variety of versatile meeting rooms with different layout styles, sizes and designs, connected by a central lounge and break-out space that encourages collaboration, creation and workshopping.
