So what is a serviced office?
Imagine a workspace that is fully equipped and accompanied by ad-hoc services that are available on a pay as you go basis. Sort of like a hotel.
Usually, all costs are included in the price you pay; rent, property taxes, reception, facilities management, furniture, IT infrastructure, refreshments - are all included in the price!
A serviced office also has large common areas that are shared by all the tenants, these usually include reception, sitting areas, meeting rooms, phone booths, kitchen, bathrooms, and showers. Often there will also be a dedicated team that works to activate these areas and create a community by arranging different types of events; breakfast seminars, debates, afterwork -or more targeted events such as wine evenings, yoga, book nights, etc.
The rental terms are flexible and can be as short as one month or as long as 36 or more so that companies can scale up or down as needed.
