Techspace Kreuzberg is perfectly situated in the heart of South East Berlin, in an area bustling with personality and creativity. Our old industrial building has been converted into a charming high ceiling office space full of natural light, with a private courtyard and balcony for our members to enjoy.

The offices in Kreuzberg are located in one of the cultural centers of Berlin, bustling with artists, thrift shops, laid-back cafes, and bars. Over the last 10 years, Berlin has become a popular city for skilled talent, drawn to the city by the low cost of living, growing technology scene, quality of life, and cosmopolitan culture. Berlin is a truly international city and is known for its street art, food stalls, historic wartime buildings, and all-night club scene.

Based on Lobeckstrasse, just off Oranienstrasse, the Techspace Kreuzberg location has superb connections via the U8 at U Moritzplatz. A short walk to the east brings you to some of the best bars and restaurants in the area, including the favorite bar, Café Luzia, which is one of the coolest spots around.

For those who cycle, which is the norm for most Berliners, the office in Kreuzberg has bike parking at the front and rear of the building. For those who drive, parking is also available at the rear of the building via the access tunnel seen at the front.

Kreuzberg follows a typical Berlin-style courtyard layout, wrapping itself around two internal private courtyards that members enjoy all year round. Inside the building, there's space for 20 companies with units ranging from 6 to 84 desks. However, some of the larger units can be connected via the private courtyards to create a larger self-contained unit for approximately 170 desks.

This light and airy building have high ceilings and industrial features throughout. The courtyard has ping pong and swings, as well as breakout tables for lunch. The building also houses an event space called The Annex, which is a members' lounge during the day but can be rented out for functions.
