The clean lines and calming colours of Lloyds Avenue create one of the very best design-led Work Spaces in the heart of the City. Working with the architects at Scott Brownrigg, we created a sophisticated, contemporary design at Lloyds Avenue that was inspired by the bold ironwork and glazing of Edwardian shopping arcades. The interior features a refined palette of timber panelling, reeded glass and soft textile finishes.

First opened in 2010, TOG updated and renovated Lloyds Avenue in 2016 in collaboration with Scott Brownrigg – a team known for enriching lives through the built environment. The result is a clean, contemporary space that fosters creativity through a variety of design-led work environments, including a comfortable lounge and quiet focus booths. The fifth floor at Lloyds Avenue features a roof terrace with a glazed timber pavilion, offering stunning views of The Gherkin and The City beyond. It’s the ideal space to step out of the office for a breath of fresh air.

Lloyds Avenue features a variety of work environments for collaboration in the heart of the City, just moments from Fenchurch Street station and a host of transport links. Spaces include phone booths, focus booths, meeting rooms, a lounge area and a spectacular roof terrace.
