One Lyric Square offers 14 floors of Work Space just minutes from Hammersmith station. Working with Stiff + Trevillion, we transformed this mid-century building into a vibrant Work Space. You’ll find a gym and café alongside private offices, an outdoor terrace and a garden room bringing the outside in. The 13th floor members bar and lounge offer impressive views over the city.

Overlooking Lyric Theatre and the square, our first-floor terrace is filled with seating and plentiful greenery to give you easy access to nature in the city. During cooler months, the garden room is a bright, airy space where you can catch up with colleagues or on emails without being exposed to the elements.

TOG’s design team carefully planned each floor in One Lyric Square to make the most of open spaces and natural light to create a bright and airy interior. A double-height reception space welcomes you into the Work Space and floods the ground floor with light, while a first-floor garden room and terrace brings the outside in.

The 13th floor members bar and lounge make a statement with panoramic views across London and the Thames, as well as opulent velvet seating and floor-to-ceiling windows. One Lyric Square’s individually designed meeting rooms are all fitted with high-quality video conferencing facilities, enabling in person, virtual or hybrid catch ups. Our phone booths, lounges, and plentiful break-out spaces give you a choice of how and where you work, in a way that suits you.
