This monumental building, also called the Mercurius building, was built in the 19th century. Originally, this building was intended as a shopping arcade, in which a hotel was also present. The building has been a spiritual center for a short period and eventually became an office building. From 2021, this building has become the home base of StartDock Coworking so that entrepreneurs can grow their business in the most central location in Amsterdam!
