Minutes from London’s Center Point, right on top of the Crossrail terminal and in an ideal position on Tottenham Court Road, few offices come better connected than 2 Stephen Street. The original 1970s building was once the headquarters of music moguls EMI, but we partnered with Orms architects on this modern restoration to make it light, spacious and perfectly proportioned.  Orms architects are known for creating meaningful solutions to urban life, working since the 1980s with major brands ranging from Central St Martins to The Savoy, Strand. TOG collaborated with their expert team on this project, creating a light and spacious Work Space – including a large, and vibrant lounge adorned with stunning plants and muted colours.
