London, Old Street Yard

White Collar Factory overlooks the main hub of Old Street, and features a café, lounge, roof terrace and bar, as well as London’s highest rooftop running track. Working with the architects at AHMM, we took cues from the surrounding 19th century industrial spaces and applied them to a 21st century hi-tech setting – with the addition of recharge rooms and games area.  

TOG created a 21st century version of the multi-level factory that the East End is traditionally known for, including double height ceilings with wrap-around windows to make White Collar Factory a uniquely airy and light filled space.

The White Collar Factory has a range of amenities to get you through the working day – from focus booths for quiet work to a stunning roof terrace for outdoor lunches and meetings, and a bar serving up post-work drinks, events and parties. For those who cycle to work there is on-site bike storage, and fully stocked showers available to freshen up before work.  

Our recharge rooms are on hand for when you need to take a break from work, clear your mind and find some inner peace before the next big meeting. Alternatively, the games room can help you relax in a slightly different way!  

Achieving an ‘excellent’ BREEAM certification as well as numerous other industry awards, White Collar Factory set new sustainability standards for large scale office buildings in London. Featuring natural intra-concrete water cooling through to natural ventilation and a ‘traffic light’ system to guide on optimum times to open and close the openable windows.
